I had to sublet my apartment, and Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially since I had to be remote during the process. She was very responsive, keeping me regularly updated on when the open houses were happening and status of potential prospects. She was very knowledgeable about the application process, and helped me navigate through it seamlessly, although she took it on herself to do most of the coordination and follow-ups needed for the application and board approval. She also helped with putting in maintenance tickets for things like bolt lock removal and copying a new set of keys/fobs for the new tenant. She went above and beyond, and made it such an easy stress-free process. I highly recommend her services.
