Meet Jesse

As Managing Partner Toledano oversees Modern Spaces New Jersey operations, new development strategy, and market expansion. In the last five years, Jesse has represented 15 new development projects, including ten rental developments totaling $39 million in transaction volume and five condominium projects totaling $28 million, in addition to closing more than $35 million in sales of investment properties and development sites. In total, he hasbrought over 1,200 units to market. With over 12 years of Real Estate experience, Jesse proud to work alongside long standing clients. He lives in Montclair, with his wife and two sons. He also serves as a vice president on the board of trustees at Congregation Shomrei Emunah.
