About Jesse Toledano

As Managing Director of Modern Spaces NJ, Toledano looks to couple his passions for Jersey City and deal making with Modern Spaces unique brand to help create a successful, diverse, local, and knowledgeable team of real estate experts.

 

Recently, Toledano has been responsible for launching several cutting-edge new development projects in Jersey City alongside Modern Spaces New Development team: On Third, 55 Jordan, The Riverview, Arlington Hill, and The Bridget.

 

Jesse excels at working with developers to see the whole process through, from site acquisition to market research, and through project branding, marketing, all leading up to managing a robust operational system that can expertly handle the leasing or sales of projects of any size.

 

Additionally, Toledano has a deep knowledge of and experience in investment property sales, having assisted many clients in both disposition and acquisition of multifamily and mixed used properties.

 

The grandson of a local Jersey City merchant as well as a lifelong native to the Northern region of New Jersey, Toledano brings two decades of diverse professional experience. He has closed over $100M in transactions over the last five years, almost all of which were in Jersey City. Toledano has been recognized by the NJ REALTOR®’ Circle of Excellence five years in a row, earning the association’s Platinum Award for three straight years.

 

Jesse resides in Montclair with his wife and two growing sons.
