Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Dorfmann is the President and Co-Founder of Modern Spaces. Since 2010, she has been a vital force in the company’s growth, beginning with the successful sellout of 240 apartments at the Powerhouse Condominium, one of the first iconic residential developments in Long Island City.
Following this success, Jennifer went on to lead the sales of numerous other high-profile condominium projects across the area. In 2015, she became Executive Vice President and Managing Director of New Development Sales, where she oversaw more than $3 billion in residential real estate sales.
Before Modern Spaces, Jennifer served as a Sales Director at Corcoran Sunshine and as an associate agent with both Corcoran and Douglas Elliman.
Jennifer began her work career in the film industry as a costume designer and stylist in New York and Los Angeles, bringing a creative and detail-oriented approach that continues to shape her work in real estate.
At Modern Spaces, Jennifer has played a central role in building and scaling the firm’s New Development platform, setting record-breaking performance standards in both new development and resale
