About Evan Daniel

Evan J. Daniel is Executive Vice President and founder of the Commercial & Investment Division at Modern Spaces, which he launched in 2014. He oversees investment sales across multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, hotel, and development assets, as well as commercial leasing and property management.

Before joining the firm, he was a Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, covering Long Island City and Astoria. Over more than two decades in the business, he has closed more than 135 properties totaling over $1 Billion and advised private and institutional owners on asset positioning and valuation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University and a postgraduate credential in management analytics and data science from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Outside work, he has coached middle- and high-school boys’ basketball in New York for more than 20 years, serves as athletic director at a summer camp in Pennsylvania, and co-hosts a weekly NFL show during football season.
